As a life coach, I use a variety of proven coaching methods and I will help you develop a road map for your journey that will give you the necessary tools to succeed.

We will touch on the various topics, questions, and answers when we meet via Zoom. This 4-session series is for you, if you:
Over the course of four, 90-minute sessions, I will give you the tools to recenter your mind, body and spirit and see what challenges to happiness may really be opportunities for growth.
Session 1 - GRACE: Learn how to give yourself grace to reclaim your energy and focus and explore practical ways to become more grounded and self-aware.
Session 2 - GROWTH: Create a vision that will motivate and inspire you to move closer to your passions and purpose with confidence.
Session 3 - GETTING STUFF DONE: Set actionable goals and habits that will pave a smooth path towards realizing your dreams.
Session 4 - FOLLOW-UP: Check-in, receive encouragement and have time for Q&A.
You'll leave this class feeling equipped with a range of resources that will help you shift your perspective, give yourself grace and know how to grow forward.
There will be activities to review or do after each session that will be discussed in the following session. You will also have access to me throughout the series for questions and assistance, via email or quick calls so that you will be able to keep moving through the series fully supported.

I have 15 years of experience in volunteer leadership helping people connect with volunteer opportunities that help them live their purpose. I believe volunteering is one aspect of life that can feed our souls as we serve those around us, making it a rewarding experience for everyone involved.
